Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has an authentic ski lodge style, with charming rooms fully panelled in pine in a traditional fashion. The service is exceptional, with warm milk personally delivered to our room and friendly greetings throughout. The location is ideal, central, and close to ski lifts, making it perfect for couples after a day on the trails. The dining experience offers a nice variety of food. Overall, it's a delightful stay with minor menu issues but outstanding service.
I had the best stay at Julen Hotel, with the most amazing surprise of a Matterhorn view from the room. Waking up to a refreshing morning with champagne at breakfast, the room was lovely and spacious, adorned with cute flowers on the balcony. After hiking at Gornergrat and Sunnegga, the pool and sauna spa were perfect for muscle relaxation, making it the best consecutive nights. I used to stay at Alarina nearby, but Julen surpasses it in every aspect!
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The room, with its traditional wood paneling and balcony offering a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn, was a wonderful surprise. The champagne breakfast added a touch of luxury each morning. The proximity to hiking trails, pool, and spa made this a perfect retreat. The friendly service and thoughtful amenities truly made it a top-notch experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed with wood paneling and had all the modern conveniences like a Nespresso coffee/tea maker and a cozy chair to watch TV. The views of the Matterhorn were breathtaking. The service was top-notch with every staff member being incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was superb, close to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. The dining experience was enjoyable, although I wished for a bit more variety. The hotel's facilities were excellent.
